A PAIR OF LATE VICTORIAN BEDSIDE CHESTS by JAMES SCHOOLBRED (Adapted),
each with four graduated drawers, on ring turned and brass castors,
the top drawers stamped “Jas. Shoolbred & Co. 2622”
James Shoolbred & Co. were in existence from 1814 to 1931, a large department store in Tottenham Court Road, London who manufactured their own furniture and sold other soft furnishings
30 inches / 76 cm high, 14 ½ inches / 37 cm wide, 23 ½ inches / 60 cm deep.
